Life as a Helper at Dreamscape Ranch
Hands-On Horse Care
Our international helpers are an essential part of our daily rhythm. Tasks include feeding horses, cleaning paddocks, checking water systems, helping with seasonal ranch projects, and sometimes assisting with horse health routines.
We strongly prefer helpers who have some prior experience around horses, whether through riding, handling, or basic horse care.
A home away from Home
Helpers share meals, stories, and daily life with our family and other international guests. We eat together around the dinner table, share responsibilities, and build a community based on respect, teamwork, and friendship.
Unplug and Reconnect
Dreamscape Ranch offers wide-open spaces, fresh air, and the chance to disconnect from busy city life. Helpers often use their free time for horseback riding (dependent on skill level), hiking the property, wildlife watching, journaling, or simply enjoying peaceful days outdoors.

The Dreamscape Welcome Committee
They may not herd the horses, but they’ve stolen plenty of hearts.
At Dreamscape Ranch, the horses aren’t the only ones with big
personalities. Our dogs and barn cats bring warmth, energy, and plenty
of love—greeting visitors, keeping watch, and making every day a little
brighter.”
